I believe!
After over four incredible years together, we are proud to celebrate Katie as she begins a new chapter at Arizona State University on an academic scholarship.
Coaching Katie has been an absolute joy. Her hard work, resilience, and spirit have left a lasting mark on our team and on me personally. Watching her grow over the years has been one of the true privileges of coaching.
On behalf of all of us, we wish Katie nothing but success in her studies and beyond. She will always have a place with us, and we look forward to seeing all the amazing things she will accomplish.
Congratulations, Katie — we are so proud of you!

Congratulations to Our New Team Athlete, Jocelyn!
We’re excited to welcome Jocelyn to the team! Since joining, she has shown outstanding dedication and rapid improvement across multiple events.
In a short time, Jocelyn has already set new personal bests: improving her 100m from 14.24 to 13.90 seconds, her 200m from 30.00 to 29.18 seconds, and her long jump from 12’4″ to 14’10”. Her hard work and positive attitude are truly paying off!
We’re proud of her progress and can’t wait to see what’s next. Congratulations, Jocelyn — this is just the beginning!

Track Progress & Update
I believe!
For the past four years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching Cody Smith, a dedicated sprinter from Austin, Texas. Cody has put in countless hours of hard work, pushing himself to new levels in the 100m (11.25), 200m (22.65), and 400m (55.36). Whether it’s explosive speed in the sprints or the endurance to take on the 400m, he’s always up for the challenge.
Today, I’m beyond proud to announce that Cody has committed to Heidelberg University to continue his academic and athletic journey! His relentless work ethic and passion for the sport have paved the way for this next chapter, and I couldn’t be more excited for him.
Shout out to Cody—this is just the beginning! 🚀🔥

“Our athletes continue to excel, and I couldn’t be prouder of each and every one of you. Today, I want to give a special shoutout to three outstanding athletes who have pushed the boundaries of their fitness journey with remarkable personal records (PRs). Ryan sprinted the 200m in an impressive 31.06 seconds, Luis blazed through the 200m in 26.5 seconds, and Benjamin broke 55-seconds, achieving a remarkable time of 54.5 seconds in the 400m. Keep grinding, keep working hard, and keep believing!'”

Winter Break
merry christmas & Happy new year
“Athletes, Make sure to get some runs in over the break. Try to do both speed-endurance & speed workouts. And more importantly, complete your CORE exercises!
Once we get back together, I will make sure to evaluate each and everyone to assess who worked out.
Get ready for 2024 and remember our motto ‘I Believe'”

Change of Pace
Pre-season is here!
“I’d like to go over what we talked about during the summer. You can either like track or love track. If you like track, then you’re just out there on the field and not taking it seriously. But, if you love track, you will do whatever it takes to reach your goals. You will keep practicing hard no matter what the workout is.
I love the sport and that’s why I coach and train athletes. I enjoy the look on their faces when my athletes P.R. or set a new record. Each one of you has potential that some of your peers only dream of having one day. Keep this in mind when you’re working hard!
No matter what, keep believing in yourself and have faith!”
